High School & College Athlete Program
Our High School & College Groups at Hanley Strength is designed for athletes who are in the off season, looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Each class is coached by coaches who are not only experienced Coaches, but were collegiate athletes as well. Class consists of 2 parts, the first being a strength program and the second a conditioning program. Our High School athletes find that after a few months of attending class regularly they have increased strength, speed, and coordination. Athletes will set monthly goals based around S.M.A.R.T. principles (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time bound). We pride ourselves on teaching safe movement and require our athletes to show proper technique before adding intensity.

Middle School Program
The HSS middle school program is designed to develop the body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes. We structure our program to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning, and basic strength development using functional weightlifting exercises. We incorporate team workouts as well as team building games to help encourage social interactions and a fun environment. We touch on basic nutritional recommendations but focus most of our time on their fitness. Our middle school program is a great way to help prepare youth for the rigorous training of team sports. We also take into consideration that many of our athletes do play other sports. Our programming will push them physically and mentally, but will not break them down. Our class is safe and effective for young adults of all levels and fitness backgrounds.
